Tianjin Branch’s Refining Department Integrated Diesel Tank Zone Four diesel tanks diverted coal project has been awarded by China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Tianjin Branch “About Tianjin Branch’s Refining Department Integrated Diesel Tank Zone Four Diesel Tanks Diverted Coal Project "Approval of basic design" (SINOPEC MJT [2017] No. 288) was approved for construction. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope

2.3 Construction Scale: Not applicable.

2.4 Construction Investment: The total investment of the project is 9,793,500 yuan (the value-added tax of equipment materials has been deducted 1,157,800 yuan), and the construction fee for this bid is about 4,180,000 yuan.

2.5 Plan duration: 171 days (since the start of the work date and ending on the date of completion).

It is planned to start work on January 10, 2018, and pay it on June 20, 2018, and on June 30, 2018.

The installation and construction of buildings within the scope of basic design mainly includes:

(1) The four dome diesel tanks 415#, 416#, 417#, and 418# in the comprehensive oil tank section of the Refining Department were converted to internal floating roof tanks, with the conditions for storage of jet fuel.

3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 The bidder should have the following basic qualifications:

(1) An independent legal person registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China;

(2) Qualification Certificate of Grade 2 and above for general contracting of petrochemical engineering projects issued by the competent administrative department:

(3) Holding an effective safety production license issued by the construction administrative department;

(4) Hold an effective quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety management system certification;

(5) The construction performance of petrochemical auxiliary projects with a single contract amount of RMB 4 million or above since 2014 (accepted by the acceptance date of the production and delivery);

(6) The company is in good financial condition, has sufficient assets and capabilities and effectively performs the contract;

3.3 The qualifications of the bidders for this bid invitation are as follows:

(1) The project manager holds the qualification of first-class registered constructor of mechanical and electrical engineering profession (registered in the bidder unit), and possesses a valid certificate of safety assessment of the person in charge of the project of the construction enterprise (B certificate).
