When the isolation switch is not in place and the angle deviation is less than 15 degrees, and the infrared temperature measurement of the equipment is normal, general defects are reported.

The opening is not in place: the opening angle of the knife bar is less than the minimum angle required by the technical conditions of the product; or the minimum distance between the movable and static contacts after the gate is opened is less than the minimum clearance required by the technical conditions of the product. (Products with no clear safety clearance can refer to the following standards 10KV ≥ 0.2 m; 35KV ≥ 0.4 m; 110 kV ≥ 1 m; 220 ≥ 2 m; 330 ≥ 2.8 m; 500 ≥ 4.3 m (SDJ5-1985)). 3. Analysis of a situation where a knife is not in place together

On May 27th, 2012, when the 220kV mainland changed its order and issued the official order, “The mainland changed the bottle 2R50 line from the deputy mother operation to the positive mother operation,” when closing the bottle 2R50 line positive mother knife, found that The two-phase closing of the mother knife A and C was not in place. At that time, the knife was stuck in the static contact from a distance. However, it was not actually closed in place. It was observed under the knife to find it. After checking the large 2R50 line positive mother blade A, C two-phase storage rod fixing bolt loose, resulting in inconsistent when moving the storage rod and the knife rotation, the dynamic storage rod rotates a certain distance and then drives the knife to rotate. The lever is in place, but the knife is not in place, as shown below:

4, the knife is not divided into place processing method

1) Check the switch status of the knife mainly has two points: 1 whether the connecting rod is in place (whether the angle of the knife connecting rod is “straight”); 2 whether the moving contact is completely stuck in the static contact, and the contact of the moving contact and the static contact Is the surface adequate?

2) There are two main points for checking the state of the switch of the knife: whether the connecting rod is in place (whether the opening angle is enough); 2 whether the mechanical locking between the main knife and the grounding knife has been opened.

3) If the knife is not closed, analyze and deal with it as follows:

1 When the angular deviation is greater than 15 degrees, it must be handled, through the insulation pole or manually, if it can not be restored, the reporting schedule will be handled by the maintenance;

2 When the angle deviation is less than 15 degrees and greater than 10 degrees, but the moving contact is completely stuck in the static contact, the contact surface of the moving and static contact is enough. This situation has not affected the equipment operation, and can be adjusted through the insulation pole or by manual operation. If it cannot be adjusted, report the defect, but the operation can continue;

3 When the angle deviation is less than 10 degrees, if the movable contact is completely stuck in the static contact, the contact surfaces of the static and dynamic contacts are sufficient and no adjustment is required;

4 The moving contact is not completely stuck in the static contact, or the contact area is not enough. This situation must be dealt with. It should be handled through the insulation pole or manually. If it cannot be recovered, the reporting schedule will be handled by the inspection and repair;

Explanation: The key to the closing of the knife is to check the contact of the moving contact and the connecting rod is “straight”, which is not the most important. If there is no obvious deviation of the angle, if the moving contact is completely in contact, it does not need to pass. Insulation rod adjustment!

Two, 220kV substation isolation switch can not be divided and dealt with the situation analysis

Control power supply circuit: It is a single-phase AC power supply circuit. In the middle, there is a lockout contact and a field electrical lockout contact from the measurement and control device. Once the control circuit is connected, the contactor of the split/closer in its circuit is started and the contactor string is started. The corresponding contacts in the motor circuit are closed and the motor rotates. The mis-locking of the knife is achieved in the control loop.

2, 220kV substation isolation switch can not be divided and dealt with the analysis

If 220kV substation isolation switch cannot be switched on and off during on-site operation, it should be handled as follows:

1) Check if the current operation steps are correct! (important)

2) If there is an “error in the background fails to pass” in the background during operation, the reason is that there are problems in the background. Check if the operation logic is correct and check if the operation of the computer is correct (simulation, trigger operation);

3) If during operation, the background five defenses have been verified, but the operation timed out, the possible causes are: 1 failure of the measurement and control device, remote control operation command does not pass the measurement and control device; 2 electrical circuit of the field knife has a fault;

4) If the operation is completed, the background five defenses have passed the verification, and the measurement and control commands have been issued. However, the operation may time out. The possible causes are: the electrical circuit of the field knife has a fault;

5) On-site knife electrical circuit fault processing steps:

1 Use a multimeter to measure whether the control fuse power supply fuse and the motor power supply fuse in the terminal box are normal.

2 Use a multimeter to measure the control switch power supply of the guillotine mechanism box, whether the motor power supply small switch voltage is normal or not;

3Measure whether the contact point of the electrical anti-misoperation locking circuit on the site is conducting (not recommended, a duty officer with certain service capacity is available), or determine the position of other devices (switches, blades, grounding blades) in the interval on the background machine. .

4Measurement and control device over the closed contact is turned on (not recommended, there is a certain duty of duty available to the attendant);

5 If the above checks are all normal, then other possible causes may be caused by failure in the knife mechanism box, such as the limit switch is not good, the mechanism door contact point in the control loop is not closed, the closing and closing contactor fails, and the motor protection relay fails. , motor failure and so on. Then notify the maintenance process.

6 If the on-site closing switch button can operate, but the background can not be operated, the possible reason is: the position of the remote control switch is in “local”, and the failure of the measurement and control device.

7 If the operation can be performed by pressing the contactor, the motor circuit is normal and the problem lies in the control circuit. (Prohibited to use, because the motor circuit is not locked)
