5. Fault phenomenon: Err 01 is displayed during installation or use.

Possible cause: It may be that the digital sensor No. 01 is faulty or that there is a problem with its line connection or that the contact is poor.

Solution: Carefully check whether the sensor, junction box, and instrument connection are intact, and then look for sensor No. 01. If there is no sensor No. 01, it indicates that the sensor address has been changed. Use the instrument's modified address function (see Chapter 7) to number the sensor address. Change back to the original address number (the original address number is indicated on the certificate for each sensor). If the sensor No. 01 is found, measure whether there is 9-12V voltage between the red and black wires. If there is voltage, it can be judged that the sensor is damaged. It is necessary to replace the sensor with the same specification and address. If there is no voltage, the measuring instrument and Is the red and black connection on the DB9 plug of the junction box connected with 9-12V voltage? If there is any, the connection between the instrument and the junction box is broken. 6. How to judge if a sensor is faulty.

7, how to judge the instrument failure:

An alternate sensor can be directly connected to the meter, plug in the meter calibration head, press the “calibration” button during the power-on self-test of the meter, and directly enter the calibration state. 10. Fault phenomenon: After the meter and computer are connected, the weighing software is run without weighing digital display.

Possible cause: The data cable connected to the instrument and the computer is not connected correctly or the baud rate setting is not uniform.

Solution: Find some parts of the instrument manual and the large-screen instructions about the instrument and computer connection interface, connect the interface correctly, and then check the meter and computer software baud rate settings.

11. Fault phenomenon: After the meter and computer are connected, the running weighing software displays garbled characters.

Possible cause: The baud rate setting of the meter and weighing software is not uniform.

Solution: Check the baud rate set in the meter and computer weighing software separately, and set the settings uniformly.

Possible cause: The limit of the weighing platform is stuck.

Possible cause: The meter has insufficient power for the load.
