Generally, the temperature of the medium in the instrument pipeline should be between 20 and 80 degrees, and the temperature in the instrument incubator is preferably maintained between 15 and 20 degrees. In order to compensate for the heat dissipated and lost by the instrument pipelines and containers and the instrument incubator, heat insulation and heat tracing measures are required. At present, there are mainly two kinds of insulation and heat tracing measures, one is traditional steam and hot water heating. The other is electric heat tracing. In recent years, with the maturity of electric heat tracing technology and its unique advantages, it will gradually become a new generation of insulation method to replace steam and hot water heating. The steam heating of the instrument incubator is mainly composed of a box body, a lining insulation material, a transmitter bracket, and a U-shaped steam radiator. In order to facilitate daily maintenance, an observation window is often arranged on the door of the box, and the top of the box can be provided with an opening for inserting bimetal temperature measurement without a piece. The electric heating of the instrument incubator generally adopts electric heating pipe, and the electric heating of the instrument pipeline adopts electric heating belt. The electric heating pipe is made of seamless steel pipe, which is filled with electric resistance wire and filled with magnesium oxide powder, and the electric heating has heat. The suburban rate is high, energy saving, simple design, convenient construction and installation, no pollution, long service life, and the advantages of remote control and automatic control. It is the technological development direction to replace steam and hot water heating. At present, it has been widely used in industrial and mining enterprises in various industries.
