According to the previous announcement, Shelley intends to issue 4,432,250 shares to 20 counterparts such as Chen Jianshun at a price of 9.73 yuan per share, and pay a cash consideration of 74.25 million yuan for the purchase of 100% of the total shares of Fushun Optoelectronics held by it.
In addition, Shelley also intends to issue no more than 13 million shares to 7 specific investors at a price of 9.73 yuan per share.
