The cable is used to transmit power on the power transmission and distribution line of A.C. 50Hz, rated volt-age 35 KV or lower. By comparison with power cable with PVC insulation, it has not only excellent electric perfor-mance, mechanical performance, heat & aging resistant performance, weather resistant performance, chemical corrosion resistant performance, but also simple structure,light weight, no restriction by laying drop, and high tem-perature allowance for long term working(90ºC) as well.
Executive standard
As section "extruded insulation power cable with rated voltage from 1kV(Um=1.2 kV)to 35kV (Um=40.5 kV)" stipulated in GB/T12706.1-2002~ GB/ T12706.3-2002 or IEC60502-1997 according to the re-quirement of the customer.
Working Condition
1,Long-term working temperature by cable conducto is 90ºC.
2,Max. temperature of cable conductor shall be no more than 250ºC during short circuit (the longest lasting time shall be no more than 5 seconds).
3,Environment temperature for installation is no less than 0ºC.
4,Min bending radium of cable:
It is no less than 15 times that of cable outer diameter for cable with three cores.
It is no less than 20 times that of cable outer diameter for cable with single core.
5,A.C. rated voltage U0/U of cable is 0.6/1kV~26/35kV.
U0: rated A.C. voltage of conductor to earth OR between metallic shielding for cable designing, which is called phrase voltage.
U:rated A.C. voltage between conductors for cable designing, which is called wire voltage.
Um: Max endurable value of "Max system voltage"for cable

It is used in the mine where there is coal dust and methane but no explosion danger, for electric drive and lighting. This transformer is oil immersed. Its internal structure and working principle are the same as those of ordinary oil immersed power transformer. The main difference is the housing and the inlet and outlet devices.
The mining general transformer has a firm structure and low appearance. There is no oil conservator on the upper part of the transformer, and proper space is left on the oil level in the oil tank to prevent excessive pressure in the oil tank when the vent on the tank cover is blocked. The mechanical strength of the oil tank can withstand the pressure of 0.1 MPa without permanent deformation. The high and low voltage incoming and outgoing lines of the mining transformer are all cable junction boxes filled with insulating glue.
The capacity of mining general transformers is 50, 100, 180, 320 KVA, etc. Non excitation voltage regulation is set at the primary side of the transformer, and the voltage regulation range is ± 5%; Six terminals are led out from the secondary side coil, which can be Y/△ connected to obtain 690/400V or 1200/690V.
Mine flameproof transformer
It is used in places with explosion risk in mines. This type of transformer is mostly made of dry type, and its main structural feature is that all the joint surfaces of the box shell are made according to the requirements of explosion-proof, and can withstand the internal pressure of 0.8 MPa.
The capacity of dry-type transformer for mining is generally 4 KVA and 2.5 KVA, which are specially used to supply power for electric drill, lighting, signal and other equipment. Its incoming and outgoing lines are led out by cables through outlet sleeves. There are 380 V and 660 V voltages on the primary side; The secondary side voltage is generally 133 V.
Satons flameproof transformer with a capacity of more than 100 KVA is often combined with flameproof switch box to form a complete set of flameproof mobile substation. Its output voltages are 400V, 690V and 1200V to meet the needs of mine electrical equipment. In order to adapt to tunnel transportation, the transformer structure height should be low.
